Lesley Chadwell DePaola

My super power is helping real estate professionals reach their potential and achieve their business goals through training and coaching on business planning, lead generation strategies, technology platforms.  My professional background is in consultative, relationship sales and operational management in the real estate industry.      I joined Coldwell Banker McMahan in 2016 and have grown in my role to include a national designation as a Coldwell Banker brand STAR trainer, one of only 20 individuals across the country.  I hold certifications from Coldwell Banker in REAL Coaching and Realtor Property Resource (RPR).  

For those who may have an interest in starting a real estate business, I provide guidance about the profession so they can make an informed decision about whether to pursue.   For those who are currently taking coursework or have recently passed their licensing exam, I can help navigate the decision making process about where to affiliate by comparing their goals to the offerings at Coldwell Banker McMahan and identifying if we are a good fit for each other.  If we agree, I will walk through the process of applying for the initial license with them and help them launch their new business.  For those who have experience but not reaching their potential, I welcome the opportunity for a business plan check up or a pep talk.  

Personally, I have a passion for cooking & enjoy all aspects of entertaining, wine & spirits.  I took up pickelball in 2022 and I love it.  I'm married for over 26 years to my college sweetheart and we have two girls.  I enjoy giving back to our community through volunteerism and being active in my parish.
